வருஷத்தில் மூன்றுதரம் புளிப்பில்லாத அப்பப்பண்டிகையிலும், வாரங்களின் பண்டிகையிலும், கூடாரப்பண்டிகையிலும், உன் ஆண்மக்கள் எல்லாரும் உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் ஸ்தானத்திலே, அவர் சந்நிதிக்கு முன்பாக வந்து காணப்படக்கடவர்கள்.

“வருடத்திற்கு மூன்றுமுறை உங்களது ஆண் ஜனங்கள் அனைவரும் தவறாது உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் கூடவேண்டும். அவர்கள் அனைவரும், புளிப்பில்லாத அப்பப் பண்டிகைக்கும், வாரங்களின் பண்டிகைக்கும், அடைக்கல கூடாரங்களின் பண்டிகைக்கும் கண்டிப்பாக வரவேண்டும். ஒவ்வொருவரும் வரும் பொழுது, கர்த்தருக்குரிய அன்பளிப்புகளை எடுத்துவர வேண்டும்.

ஆண்டில் மூன்று முறை உன் ஆண்மக்கள் அனைவரும் உன் கடவுளாகிய ஆண்டவர் தெரிந்தெடுக்கும் இடத்தில் அவர் திருமுன் வரவேண்டும், புளிப்பற்ற அப்ப விழாவிலும், வாரங்கள் விழாவிலும், கூடார விழாவிலும் வரவேண்டும். ஆண்டவர் திருமுன் அவர்கள் வெறுங்கையராய் வரவேண்டாம்.
