அவன் இருதயம் பின்வாங்கிப் போகாதபடி அவன் அநேகம் ஸ்திரீகளைப் படைக்கவேண்டாம்; வெள்ளியும் பொன்னும் தனக்கு மிகுதியாய்ப் பெருகப்பண்ணவும் வேண்டாம்.

அவனுடைய இருதயம் பின்வாங்கிப் போகாமலிருக்க அவன் அநேகம் மனைவிகளைத் திருமணம் செய்யவேண்டாம்; வெள்ளியும் பொன்னும் தனக்கு மிகுதியாகப் பெருகச்செய்யவும் வேண்டாம்.

மேலும், அரசன் அதிகமான மனைவிகளை வைத்துக்கொள்ளக் கூடாது. ஏனென்றால், அது அவனைக் கர்த்தரிடமிருந்து வேறு திசைக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்றுவிடும். மேலும். அந்த அரசன் அவனுக்காகப் பொன்னையும், வெள்ளியையும், மிகுதியாக சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளக் கூடாது.
