ஓரேபிலே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே பண்ணிக்கொண்ட உடன்படிக்கையை அல்லாமல், மோவாபின் தேசத்திலே அவர்களோடே உடன்படிக்கைபண்ணிக் கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்ட வார்த்தைகள் இவைகளே.

கர்த்தர், இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களோடு ஓரேப் மலையின் (சீனாய்) மேல் உடன்படிக்கை செய்தார். அவர்கள் மோவாபில் இருக்கும்போது உடன்படிக்கையோடு கர்த்தர், இன்னொரு உடன்படிக்கையைச் செய்துகொள்ளும்படி மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டார். இதுதான் அந்த உடன்படிக்கை:
