அவன் அலங்காரம் அவன் தலையீற்றுக் காளையினுடைய அலங்காரத்தைப்போலவும், அவன் கொம்புகள் காண்டாமிருகத்தின் கொம்புகளைப்போலவும் இருக்கும்; Šεைகளாலே ஜனஙύகளை ஏகமாய் ஜனத்தின் ΕடையாΨ்தரங்ՠγ்மட்டும் முட்டித் துரத்துவான்; அவைகள் எப்பிராயீமின் பதினாயிரங்களும் மனாசேயின் ஆயிரங்களுமானவைகள் என்றான்.

அவனுடைய அலங்காரம் அவன் முதற்பிறந்த காளையினுடைய அலங்காரத்தைப்போலவும், அவன் கொம்புகள் காண்டாமிருகத்தின் கொம்புகளைப்போலவும் இருக்கும்; அவைகளாலே மக்கள் அனைவரையும் தேசத்தின் கடைசிவரை முட்டித் துரத்துவான்; அவைகள் எப்பிராயீமின் பத்தாயிரங்களும் மனாசேயின் ஆயிரங்களுமானவைகள் என்றான்.

யோசேப்பு பலமுள்ள காளையைப் போன்றிருக்கிறான். அவனது இரு மகன்களும் காளையின் கொம்புகளைப் போன்றுள்ளனர். அவர்கள் மற்ற ஜனங்களைத் தாக்கிப் பூமியின் கடைசிவரை தள்ளுவர்! ஆமாம், மனாசே ஆயிரக்கணக்கான ஜனங்களையும், எப்பிராயீம் பத்தாயிரக்கணக்கான ஜனங்களையும் தள்ளியிருக்கிறார்கள்.”
