கர்த்தர் உங்களில் அன்புகூர்ந்ததினாலும், உங்கள் பிதாக்களுக்கு இட்ட ஆணையைக் காக்கவேண்டும் என்பதினாலும்; கர்த்தர் பலத்த கையினால் உங்களைப் புறப்படப்பண்ணி, அடிமைத்தன வீடாகிய எகிப்தினின்றும் அதின் ராஜாவான பார்வோனின் கையினின்றும் உங்களை மீட்டுக்கொண்டார்.

கர்த்தர் உங்களில் அன்புசெலுத்தியதாலும், உங்கள் முற்பிதாக்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த வாக்கை நிறைவேற்றவேண்டும் என்பதினாலும்; கர்த்தர் பலத்த கையினால் உங்களைப் புறப்படச்செய்து, அடிமைத்தன வீடாகிய எகிப்திலிருந்தும், அதின் ராஜாவான பார்வோனின் கையிலிருந்தும் உங்களை மீட்டுக்கொண்டார்.

ஆனால், கர்த்தர் தமது பெரிய வல்லமையினால் எகிப்திலிருந்து உங்களை மீட்டு வந்தார். அவர் உங்களை அடிமைத்தனத்திலிருந்து விடுவித்தார். எகிப்து நாட்டு மன்னனாகிய பார்வோனின் கட்டுப்பாட்டிலிருந்து உங்களை கர்த்தர் விடுவித்தார். ஏனென்றால் கர்த்தர் உங்கள்மீது அன்பு செலுத்தி உங்கள் முற்பிதாக்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த வாக்கைக் காப்பாற்ற விரும்பினார்.
