இணை வசனம்

அவர்கள் தாபரிக்கும் ஊரைக் காணாமல், வனாந்தரத்திலே அவாந்தர வழியாய்,

தாபரிக்கும் ஊருக்குப்போய்ச்சேர, அவர்களைச் செவ்வையான வழியிலே நடத்தினார்.

மூடன் வழியிலே நடக்கிறபோதும் மதிகெட்டவனாயிருக்கிறான்; தான் மூடனென்று அவன் எல்லாருக்கும் சொல்லுகிறான்.

இருப்பு ஆயுதம் மழுங்கலாயிருக்க, அதை ஒருவன் தீட்டாமற்போனால், அதிகபலத்தைப் பிரயோகம்பண்ணவேண்டியதாகும்; ஆகையால் ஒரு காரியத்தைச் செவ்வையாய்ச் செய்வதற்கு ஞானமே பிரதானம்.

அங்கே பெரும்பாதையான வழியும் இருக்கும்; அது பரிசுத்த வழி என்னப்படும்; தீட்டுள்ளவன் அதிலே நடந்துவருவதில்லை; அந்த வழியில் நடக்கிறவர்கள் பேதையாயிருந்தாலும் திசைகெட்டுப் போவதில்லை.

கொல்லன் இரும்பைக் குறட்டால் இடுக்கி, உலையிலே காயவைத்து, சுத்திகளால் அதை உருவாக்கி, தன்புயபலத்தினால் அதைப் பண்படுத்துகிறான்; பட்டினியாயிருந்து பெலனற்றுப்போகிறான்; தண்ணீர் குடியாமல் களைத்துப்போகிறான்.

நீ உன் சிறுவயதுமுதல் பிரயாசப்பட்டுப் பழகிவருகிற உன் ஸ்தம்பன வித்தைகளையும், உன் திரளான சூனியங்களையும் நீ அநுசரித்து நில்; அவைகளால் உனக்குப் பிரயோஜனம் உண்டோ, பலன் உண்டோ, பார்ப்போம்.

நீங்கள் அப்பமல்லாததற்காகப் பணத்தையும், திருப்திசெய்யாத பொருளுக்காக உங்கள் பிரயாசத்தையும் செலவழிப்பானேன்? நீங்கள் எனக்குக் கவனமாய்ச் செவிகொடுத்து நலமானதைச் சாப்பிடுங்கள்; அப்பொழுது உங்கள் ஆத்துமா கொழுப்பான பதார்த்தத்தினால் மகிழ்ச்சியாகும்.

நீதிமான் மடிந்துபோகிறான், ஒருவரும் அதை மனதில் வைக்கிறதில்லை; புத்திமான்கள் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள், ஆனாலும் தீங்குவராததற்குமுன்னே நீதிமான் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறான் என்பதைச் சிந்திப்பார் இல்லை.

அந்நாட்களிலும் அக்காலத்திலும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் வருவார்கள்; அவர்களும் யூதா புத்திரரும் ஏகமாய் அழுது, நடந்துவந்து, தங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரைத் தேடுவார்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

இவர்களெல்லாரும் அவன்பேரில் ஒரு பழமொழியையும், அவனுக்கு விரோதமான வசைச்சொல்லையும் வசனித்து, தன்னுடையதல்லாததைத் தனக்காகச் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளுகிறவனுக்கு ஐயோ என்றும், அது எந்தமட்டும் நிற்கும் என்றும், அவன் தன்மேல் களிமண் சுமையையல்லவா சுமத்திக்கொள்ளுகிறான் என்றும் சொல்லுவார்கள்.
