மேட்டுக்காக அச்சமுண்டாகி, வழியிலே பயங்கள் தோன்றி, வாதுமைமரம் பூப்பூத்து, வெட்டுக்கிளியும் பாரமாகி, பசித்தீபனமும் அற்றுப்போகாததற்குமுன்னும், மனுஷன் தன் நித்திய வீட்டுக்குப் போகிறதினாலே, துக்கங்கொண்டாடுகிறவர்கள் வீதியிலே திரியாததற்குமுன்னும்,

நீ மேடான இடங்களைக் கண்டு பயப்படுவாய். உன் வழியில் எதிர்ப்படும் சிறியவற்றுக்குக்கூடப் பயப்படுவாய். வாதுமை மரத்தின் பூக்களைப் போன்று உனது தலைமயிர் வெளுத்துப்போகும். வெட்டுக் கிளியைப் போன்று நீ உன்னையே இழுத்துக்கொண்டு திரிவாய். வாழ்வதற்கான ஆசையை நீ இழந்துவிடுவாய். பிறகு நீ நிரந்தரமான கல்லறை வீட்டிற்குச் செல்வாய். துக்கம் கொண்டாடுகிறவர்கள் தெருவில் கூடி உனது உடலை கல்லறைக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்வார்கள்.
