சகல எண்ணங்களையும் சகல செய்கைகளையும் நியாயந்தீர்க்குங்காலம் இனி இருக்கிறபடியால் சன்மார்க்கனையும் துன்மார்க்கனையும் தேவன் நியாயந்தீர்க்கிறார் என்று என் உள்ளத்தில் எண்ணினேன்.

எனவே நான் எனக்குள்ளே: “தேவன் எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் ஒரு காலத்தைத் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளார். ஜனங்களின் செயலை நியாயந்தீர்க்கவும் ஒரு காலத்தைத் தேவன் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளார். தேவன் நல்லவர்களையும் கெட்டவர்களையும் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்” என்கிறேன்.

‘கடவுள் நல்லாருக்கும் பொல்லாருக்கும் தீர்ப்புவழங்கப் போகிறார். ஏனெனில், ஒவ்வொரு காரியத்திற்கும் ஒவ்வொரு செயலுக்கும் அவற்றிற்குரிய காலத்தை அவர் குறித்திருக்கிறார்’ என்று எனக்குள் சொல்லிக் கொண்டேன்.
