கற்பனையைக் கைக்கொள்ளுகிறவன் ஒரு தீங்கையும் அறியான்; ஞானியின் இருதயம் காலத்தையும் நியாயத்தையும் அறியும்.

அரசனது ஆணைகளுக்குக் கீழ்படிந்தால் ஒருவன் பாதுகாப்பாக இருப்பான். இதைச் செய்ய வேண்டிய சரியான கால்த்தை ஞானமுள்ளவன் அறிவான். சரியானவற்றை எப்போது செய்யவேண்டும் என்பதையும் அவன் அறிவான்.
