அக்காலத்திலே இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவைச் சேராதவர்களும், இஸ்ரவேலுடைய காணியாட்சிக்குப் புறம்பானவர்களும், வாக்குத்தத்தத்தின் உடன்படிக்கைகளுக்கு அந்நியரும், நம்பிக்கையில்லாதவர்களும், இவ்வுலகத்தில் தேவனற்றவர்களுமாயிருந்தீர்களென்று நினைத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.

அக்காலத்திலே கிறிஸ்துவைச் சேராதவர்களும், இஸ்ரவேலுடைய குடியுரிமைக்குப் புறம்பானவர்களும், வாக்குத்தத்தத்தின் உடன்படிக்கைகளுக்கு அந்நியர்களாகவும், நம்பிக்கை இல்லாதவர்களும், இந்த உலகத்தில் தேவனில்லாதவர்களுமாக இருந்தீர்கள் என்பதை நினைத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.

கடந்த காலத்தில் கிறிஸ்து இல்லாமல் நீஙகள் இருந்தீர்கள் என்பதை நினைவுகூருங்கள். நீஙகள் இஸ்ரவேலின் மக்கள் அல்ல. தேவன் தம் மக்களுக்குச் செய்து கொடுத்த ஒப்பந்தத்தில் உங்களுக்கு எவ்விதப் பங்கும் இல்லை. உங்களுக்குத் தேவனைப்பற்றித் தெரியாது. அவர் மீது நம்பிக்கையும் இல்லை.
