யாத்திராகமம் 18:3
அவளுடைய இரண்டு குமாரரையும் கூட்டிக்கொண்டு பிரயாணப்பட்டான். நான் அந்நிய தேசத்திலே பரதேசியானேன் என்று மோசே சொல்லி, ஒரு மகனுக்குக் கெர்சோம் என்று பேரிட்டிருந்தான்.

எத்திரோ மோசேயின் இரண்டு மகன்களையும் அழைத்து வந்திருந்தான். முதல் மகனின் பெயர் கெர்சோம், ஏனெனில் அவன் பிறந்தபோது, “நான் அந்நிய தேசத்தில் பரதேசியாக உள்ளேன்” என்று மோசே கூறினான்.
