அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நான் உன்னோடே பேசும்போது ஜனங்கள் கேட்டு, உன்னை என்றைக்கும் விசுவாசிக்கும்படி, நான் கார்மேகத்தில் உன்னிடத்திற்கு வருவேன் என்றார். ஜனங்கள் சொன்ன வார்த்தைகளை மோசே கர்த்தருக்குச் சொன்னான்.

அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நான் உன்னோடு பேசும்போது மக்கள் கேட்டு, உன்னை என்றைக்கும் விசுவாசிக்கும்படி, நான் கார்மேகத்தில் உன்னிடம் வருவேன் என்றார். மக்கள் சொன்ன வார்த்தைகளை மோசே கர்த்தருக்குச் சொன்னான்.

கர்த்தர் மோசேயிடம், “கார்மேகத்தினூடே நான் உன்னிடம் வருவேன், உன்னோடு பேசுவேன்! நான் உன்னோடு பேசுவதை எல்லா ஜனங்களும் கேட்பார்கள். நீ அவர்களுக்குக் கூறுவதை ஜனங்கள் எப்போதும் நம்புவதற்காக நான் இதைச் செய்வேன்” என்றார். ஜனங்கள் கூறிய அனைத்தையும் மோசே தேவனுக்குச் சொன்னான்.

ஆண்டவர் மோசேயை நோக்கி, “இதோ! நான் உன்னோடு பேசுவதை மக்கள் கேட்கும்படியும் என்றென்றும் உன்னை நம்பும்படியும் நான் கார் மேகத்தில் உன்னிடம் வருவேன்” என்றார். மோசேயும் மக்களின் வார்த்தைகளை ஆண்டவருக்கு அறிவித்தார்.
