அப்பொழுது மோசே அந்த இரத்தத்தில் பாதி எடுத்து, பாத்திரங்களில் வார்த்து, பாதி இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தெளித்து,

அந்தப்படி, முதலாம் உடன்படிக்கையும் இரத்தமில்லாமல் பிரதிஷ்டைபண்ணப்படவில்லை.

அதின் இரத்தத்தில் கொஞ்சம் எடுத்து, தாங்கள் அதைப் புசிக்கும் வீட்டுவாசல் நிலைக்கால்கள் இரண்டிலும் நிலையின் மேற்சட்டத்திலும் தெளித்து,

ஈசோப்புக் கொழுந்துகளின் கொத்தை எடுத்து கிண்ணியில் இருக்கும் இரத்தத்தில் தோய்த்து, அதில் இருக்கும் அந்த இரத்தத்தை வாசல் நிலைக்கால்களின் மேற்சட்டத்திலும் வாசலின் நிலைக்கால்கள் இரண்டிலும் தெளியுங்கள்; விடியற்காலம் வரைக்கும் உங்களில் ஒருவரும் வீட்டு வாசலை விட்டுப் புறப்படவேண்டாம்.

அப்பொழுது மோசே இரத்தத்தை எடுத்து, ஜனங்களின்மேல் தெளித்து, இந்த வார்த்தைகள் யாவையுங்குறித்து கர்த்தர் உங்களோடே பண்ணின உடன்படிக்கையின் இரத்தம் இதுவே என்றான்.

அந்தக் கடாவை அடித்து, அதின் இரத்தத்தைப் பிடித்து, பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளித்து,

அப்பொழுது அந்தக் கடாவை அடித்து, அதின் இரத்தத்தில் கொஞ்சம் எடுத்து, ஆரோனின் வலதுகாது மடலிலும், அவன் குமாரரின் வலதுகாது மடலிலும், அவர்கள் வலதுகையின் பெருவிரலிலும், அவர்கள் வலதுகாலின் பெருவிரலிலும் இட்டு, மற்ற இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளித்து,

கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் அந்தக் காளையைக் கொல்லக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது ஆரோனின் குமாரராகிய ஆசாரியர்கள் அதின் இரத்தத்தை எடுத்து, அதை ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசலில் இருக்கிற பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளிக்கக்கடவர்கள்.

கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் பலிபீடத்தின் வடபுறத்தில் அதைக் கொல்லக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது ஆரோனின் குமாரராகிய ஆசாரியர்கள் அதின் இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளிக்கக் கடவர்கள்.

அவன் தன் பலியின் தலைமேல் தன் கையை வைத்து, ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசலுக்கு முன்பாக அதைக் கொல்லக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது ஆரோனின் குமாரராகிய ஆசாரியர் அதின் இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளிக்கக்கடவர்கள்.

தன் பலியின் தலைமேல் தன் கையை வைத்து, ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்துக்கு முன்பாக அதைக் கொல்லக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது ஆரோனின் குமாரர் அதின் இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளிக்கக்கடவர்கள்.

தன் விரலை இரத்தத்தில் தோய்த்து, பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் திரைக்கு எதிரே கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் ஏழுதரம் தெளிக்கக்கடவன்.

அவர் சிலுவையில் சிந்தின இரத்தத்தினாலே சமாதானத்தை உண்டாக்கி, பூலோகத்திலுள்ளவைகள் பரலோகத்திலுள்ளவைகள் யாவையும் அவர் மூலமாய்த் தமக்கு ஒப்புரவாக்கிக்கொள்ளவும் அவருக்குப் பிரியமாயிற்று.

புது உடன்படிக்கையின் மத்தியஸ்தராகிய இயேசுவினிடத்திற்கும், ஆபேலினுடைய இரத்தம் பேசினதைப்பார்க்கிலும் நன்மையானவைகளைப் பேசுகிற இரத்தமாகிய தெளிக்கப்படும் இரத்தத்தினிடத்திற்கும் வந்து சேர்ந்தீர்கள்.

பிதாவாகிய தேவனுடைய முன்னறிவின்படியே, ஆவியானவரின் பரிசுத்தமாக்குதலினாலே, கீழ்ப்படிதலுக்கும் இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினுடைய இரத்தந் தெளிக்கப்படுதலுக்கும் தெரிந்துகொள்ளப்பட்ட பரதேசிகளுக்கு எழுதுகிறதாவது: கிருபையும் சமாதானமும் உங்களுக்குப் பெருகக்கடவது.

குற்றமில்லாத மாசற்ற ஆட்டுக்குட்டியாகிய கிறிஸ்துவின் விலையேறப்பெற்ற இரத்தத்தினாலே மீட்கப்பட்டீர்களென்று அறிந்திருக்கிறீர்களே.
