அந்த ஏபோத்தின்மேல் இருக்கவேண்டிய விசித்திரமான கச்சை அந்த வேலைக்கு ஒப்பாகவே, பொன்னினாலும் இளநீலநூலாலும் இரத்தாம்பரநூலாலும் சிவப்புநூலாலும் திரித்த மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலாலும் பண்ணப்பட்டு, அதனோடே ஏகமாயிருக்கவேண்டும்.

ஏப்போதை இணைக்கும் தோள்பட்டை, அதன் ஒரு பகுதியாகவும், அதைப் போலவே பொன்னாலும், நீலம் கருஞ்சிவப்பு சிவப்பு நிறநூலாலும், முறுக்கேற்றி நெய்த மெல்லிய நார்ப்பட்டாலும் செய்யப்பெறும்.
