கர்த்தர் மோசேயோடும் ஆரோனோடும் பேசி, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருந்து அழைத்துக்கொண்டு போகும்படிக்கு, அவர்களை இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிடத்துக்கும் எகிப்தின் ராஜாவாகிய பார்வோனிடத்துக்கும் கட்டளை கொடுத்து அனுப்பினார்.

ஆனால் கர்த்தர் மோசேயோடும், ஆரோனோடும் பேசினார். இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களிடமும், பார்வோனிடமும் சென்று பேசுமாறு அவர்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டார். எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருந்து இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களை வழிநடத்துமாறும் அவர்களுக்கு தேவன் கட்டளையிட்டார்.
