யாத்திராகமம் 7:10
மோசேயும் ஆரோனும் பார்வோனிடத்தில் போய், கர்த்தர் தங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடி செய்தார்கள். ஆரோன் பார்வோனுக்கு முன்பாகவும், அவன் ஊழியக்காரருக்கு முன்பாகவும் தன் கோலைப் போட்டான், அது சர்ப்பமாயிற்று.

மோசேயும் ஆரோனும் பார்வோனிடம் போய், கர்த்தர் தங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடி செய்தார்கள். ஆரோன் பார்வோனுக்கு முன்பாகவும், அவனுடைய வேலைக்காரர்களுக்கு முன்பாகவும் தன்னுடைய கோலைப் போட்டான், அது பாம்பானது.

எனவே மோசேயும், ஆரோனும் பார்வோனிடம் போய், கர்த்தர் சொன்னபடியே செய்தார்கள். ஆரோன் அவனது கைத்தடியைக் கீழே எறிந்தான். பார்வோனும் அவனது அதிகாரிகளும் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கையிலேயே, கைத்தடி பாம்பாக மாறிற்று.

மோசேயும் ஆரோனும் பார்வோனிடம் சென்று ஆண்டவர் இட்ட கட்டளைக்கிணங்கச் செயல்பட்டனர். ஆரோன் தமது கோலைப் பார்வோன் மற்றும் அவனுடைய அலுவலர் முன்னிலையில் விட்டெறிந்ததும், அதுபாம்பாக மாறியது.
