யாத்திராகமம் 9:10
அப்படியே அவர்கள் சூளையின் சாம்பலை அள்ளிக்கொண்டு, பார்வோனுக்கு முன்பாக வந்து நின்றார்கள். மோசே அதை வானத்துக்கு நேராக இறைத்தான்; அப்பொழுது மனிதர் மேலும் மிருக ஜீவன்கள் மேலும் எரிபந்தமான கொப்புளங்கள் எழும்பிற்று.

அப்படியே அவர்கள் சூளையின் சாம்பலை அள்ளிக்கொண்டு, பார்வோனுக்கு முன்பாக வந்து நின்றார்கள். மோசே அதை வானத்திற்கு நேராக தூவினான்; அப்பொழுது மனிதர்மேலும் மிருகஜீவன்கள்மேலும் புண்கள் மற்றும் கொப்புளங்கள் வந்தது.

எனவே மோசேயும், ஆரோனும் ஒரு உலையிலிருந்து சாம்பலை அள்ளிக்கொண்டனர். பின் அவர்கள் போய் பார்வோனுக்கு முன்னே நின்று, மோசே சாம்பலைக் காற்றில் தூவினான். ஜனங்களின் மீதும், மிருகங்களின் மீதும் கொப்புளங்கள் தோன்றின.

அவர்களும் அடுப்பிலிருந்து சாம்பலை வாரிக்கொண்டு பார்வோன் முன்னிலையில் சென்று நின்றனர். மோசே வானத்தில் அதனைத் தூவினார். மனிதர் மேலும் விலங்குகள்மேலும் அது வெடித்துப் புண்ணாகக்கூடிய கொப்புளங்களாக மாறிற்று.
