இணை வசனம்

அதின் நடுவிலிருந்து நாலு ஜீவன்கள் தோன்றின; அவைகளின் சாயல் மனுஷ சாயலாயிருந்தது.

அந்த ஐந்தாந்தேதியிலே, கல்தேயர் தேசத்திலுள்ள கேபார் நதியண்டையிலே பூசியென்னும் ஆசாரியனுடைய குமாரனாகிய எசேக்கியேலுக்குக் கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை உண்டாகி, அங்கே கர்த்தருடைய கரம் அவன்மேல் அமர்ந்தது.

ஜீவன்களுடைய சாயல் எப்படியிருந்ததென்றால், அவைகள் எரிகிற அக்கினித்தழலின் தோற்றமும் தீவர்த்திகளின் தோற்றமுமாயிருந்தது; அந்த அக்கினி ஜீவன்களுக்குள்ளே உலாவிப் பிரகாசமாயிருந்தது; அக்கினியிலிருந்து மின்னல் புறப்பட்டது.

அவர் என்னை நோக்கி: மனுபுத்திரனே, அவர்கள் செய்கிறதைக் காண்கிறாயா? என் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தைவிட்டு என்னைத் தூரமாய்ப் போகப்பண்ணும்படியான இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தார் இங்கே செய்கிற மிகுந்த அருவருப்புகளைக் காண்கிறாய் அல்லவா? இதிலும் அதிக அருவருப்புகளை இன்னமும் காண்பாய் என்று சொல்லி,

கர்த்தருடைய மகிமை ஆலயத்தின் வாசற்படியைவிட்டுப் புறப்பட்டு, கேருபீன்களின்மேல் நின்றது.

அப்பொழுது கேருபீன்கள் தங்கள் செட்டைகளை விரித்து எழும்பின; சக்கரங்களும் அவைகளுக்கு அருகே சென்றன; இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனுடைய மகிமை அவைகளின்மேல் உயர இருந்தது.

நான் கண்ட இந்தத் தரிசனம், நகரத்தை அழிக்கவந்தபோது கண்ட தரிசனம்போல இருந்தது; இந்த தரிசனங்கள் கேபார் நதியண்டையிலே நான் கண்டிருந்த தரிசனத்தைப்போலும் இருந்தது; நான் முகங்குப்புற விழுந்தேன்.

அவர்கள் தங்கள் பிள்ளைகளை வளர்த்தாலும், அவர்களுக்கு மனுஷர் இராதபடிக்கு அவர்களைப் பிள்ளைகள் அற்றவர்களாக்குவேன்; நான் அவர்களை விட்டுப்போகையில் அவர்களுக்கு ஐயோ!
