அவன் எச்சரிப்படைந்து, அவன் செய்த எல்லா மீறுதல்களையும் விட்டுத் திரும்புகிறபடியனாலே அவன் பிழைக்கவே பிழைப்பான், அவன் சாவதில்லை.

இணை வசனம்

அவர்கள் ஞானமடைந்து, இதை உணர்ந்து, தங்கள் முடிவைச் சிந்தித்துக்கொண்டால் நலமாயிருக்கும் என்றார்.

அப்பொழுது சாமுவேல் இஸ்ரவேல் குடும்பத்தார் யாவரையும் நோக்கி: நீங்கள் உங்கள் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் கர்த்தரிடத்தில் திரும்புகிறவர்களானால், அந்நிய தேவர்களையும் அஸ்தரோத்தையும் உங்கள் நடுவிலிருந்து விலக்கி, உங்கள் இருதயத்தைக் கர்த்தருக்கு நேராக்கி, அவர் ஒருவருக்கே ஆராதனைசெய்யுங்கள்; அப்பொழுது அவர் உங்களைப் பெலிஸ்தருடைய கைக்கு நீங்கலாக்கிவிடுவார் என்றான்.

கர்த்தருடைய வேதத்தின்படி நடக்கிற உத்தம மார்க்கத்தார் பாக்கியவான்கள்.

நான் உம்முடைய கற்பனைகளையெல்லாம் கண்ணோக்கும்போது வெட்கப்பட்டுப்போவதில்லை.

என் வழிகளைச் சிந்தித்துக்கொண்டு, என் கால்களை உம்முடைய சாட்சிகளுக்கு நேராகத் திருப்பினேன்.

நீர் என்னைத் தண்டித்தீர், நான் பணியாத மாடுபோல் அடிக்கப்பட்டேன்; என்னைத் திருப்பும், அப்பொழுது திருப்பப்படுவேன்; நீரே என் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்.

இப்போதும் மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ பரதேசம் போகும்படி பிரயாண சாமான்களை ஆயத்தப்படுத்தி, பகற்காலத்திலே அவர்கள் முன்பாகப் பிரயாணப்படு; உன் ஸ்தலத்தைவிட்டு வேறே ஸ்தலத்துக்கு அவர்களுடைய கண்களுக்கு முன்பாகப் புறப்பட்டுப்போ; அவர்கள் கலகவீட்டாரானபோதிலும் ஒருவேளை சிந்தித்து உணருவார்கள்.

பின்னும், இதோ, அவனுக்கு ஒரு குமாரன் பிறந்து, அவன் தன் தகப்பன்செய்த எல்லாப் பாவங்களையும் கண்டு, தான் அவைகளின்படி செய்யாதபடிக்கு எச்சரிக்கையாயிருந்து,

துன்மார்க்கன் தான் செய்த எல்லாப் பாவங்களையும் விட்டுத் திரும்பி, என் கட்டளைகளையெல்லாம் கைக்கொண்டு, நியாயத்தையும் நீதியையும் செய்வானேயாகில், அவன் பிழைக்கவே பிழைப்பான், அவன் சாவதில்லை.

நீங்கள் துரோகம்பண்ணின உங்களுடைய எல்லாத் துரோகங்களையும் உங்கள்மேல் இராதபடிக்கு விலக்கி, உங்களுக்குப் புது இருதயத்தையும் புது ஆவியையும் உண்டுபண்ணிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்; இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தாரே, நீங்கள் ஏன் சாகவேண்டும்.

மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ உன் ஜனத்தின் புத்திரரை நோக்கி: நீதிமான் துரோகம்பண்ணுகிற நாளிலே அவனுடைய நீதி அவனைத் தப்புவிப்பதில்லை; துன்மார்க்கன் தன் துன்மார்க்கத்தைவிட்டுத் திரும்புகிற நாளிலே அவன் தன் அக்கிரமத்தினால் விழுந்துபோவதுமில்லை; நீதிமான் பாவஞ்செய்கிற நாளிலே தன் நீதியினால் பிழைப்பதுமில்லை.

அவனுக்குப் புத்தி தெளிந்தபோது, அவன்: என் தகப்பனுடைய கூலிக்காரர் எத்தனையோ பேருக்குப் பூர்த்தியான சாப்பாடு இருக்கிறது, நானோ பசியினால் சாகிறேன்.

ஆகையால், விபசாரம், அசுத்தம், மோகம், துர்இச்சை, விக்கிரகாராதனையான பொருளாசை ஆகிய இவைகளைப் பூமியில் உண்டுபண்ணுகிற உங்கள் அவயவங்களை அழித்துப்போடுங்கள்.

அவர் நம்மைச் சகல அக்கிரமங்களினின்று மீட்டுக்கொண்டு, தமக்குரிய சொந்த ஜனங்களாகவும், நற்கிரியைகளைச் செய்ய பக்திவைராக்கியமுள்ளவர்களாகவும் நம்மைச் சுத்திகரிக்கும்படி, நமக்காகத் தம்மைத்தாமே ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார்.

எப்படியெனில், ஒருவன் நியாயப்பிரமாணம் முழுவதையும் கைக்கொண்டிருந்தும், ஒன்றிலே தவறினால் எல்லாவற்றிலும் குற்றவாளியாயிருப்பான்.
