இணை வசனம்

நான் இப்படித் தீர்க்கதரிசனஞ்சொல்லுகையில், பெனாயாவின் குமாரனாகிய பெலத்தியா செத்தான்; அப்பொழுது நான் முகங்குப்புற விழுந்து, மகா சத்தமாய்: ஆ, கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவரே, தேவரீர் இஸ்ரவேலில் மீதியானவர்களைச் சர்வசங்காரஞ்செய்வீரோ என்று முறையிட்டேன்.

தேசமெல்லாம் பாழாய்ப்போம்; ஆகிலும் சர்வசங்காரம் செய்யேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

ஆகிலும் நான் அந்நாட்களிலும் உங்களைச் சர்வசங்காரம் செய்யாதிருப்பேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்

இதோ, கர்த்தர் இன்று கெபியில் உம்மை என் கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார் என்பதை இன்றையதினம் உம்முடைய கண்கள் கண்டதே, உம்மைக் கொன்றுபோடவேண்டும் என்று சிலர் சொன்னார்கள்; ஆனாலும் என் கை உம்மைத் தப்பவிட்டது; என் ஆண்டவன் மேல் என் கையைப் போடேன்; அவர் கர்த்தரால் அபிஷேகம்பண்ணப்பட்டவராமே என்றேன்.

நீர் உம்முடைய மிகுந்த மன உருக்கத்தின்படியே, அவர்களை வனாந்தரத்திலே கைவிடவில்லை; அவர்களை வழிநடத்தப் பகலிலே மேகஸ்தம்பமும், அவர்களுக்கு வெளிச்சத்தையும் அவர்கள் நடக்கவேண்டிய வழியையும் காட்ட இரவிலே அக்கினி ஸ்தம்பமும், அவர்களை விட்டு விலகவில்லை.

அவர்கள் இருதயம் அவரிடத்தில் நிலைவரப்படவில்லை; அவருடைய உடன்படிக்கையில் அவர்கள் உண்மையாயிருக்கவில்லை.

மனுபுத்திரனே, இஸ்ரவேல் தேசத்தைக்குறித்துக் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: முடிவு வருகிறது, தேசத்தின் நாலு முனைகளின் மேலும் முடிவு வருகிறது.

ஆகையால் நானும் உக்கிரத்தோடே காரியத்தை நடத்துவேன்; என் கண் தப்பவிடுவதில்லை, நான் இரங்குவதில்லை; அவர்கள் மகா சத்தமாய் என் செவிகள் கேட்கக் கூப்பிட்டாலும் அவர்களுக்கு நான் செவிகொடுப்பதில்லை என்றார்.

ஆகையால் என் கண் தப்பவிடுவதுமில்லை, நான் இரக்கஞ்செய்வதுமில்லை, அவர்களுடைய வழியின் பலனை அவர்கள் சிரசின்மேல் இறங்கப்பண்ணுவேன் என்றார்.

ஆனாலும் நினிவேயின் ஸ்தானத்தை, புரண்டுவருகிற வெள்ளத்தினால் சர்வசங்காரம்பண்ணுவார்; இருள் அவர் சத்துருக்களைப் பின்தொடரும்.
