பலத்த கையினாலும், ஓங்கிய புயத்தினாலும் ஊற்றப்பட்ட உக்கிரத்தினாலும், உங்களை ஆளுவேன் என்பதை என் ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு சொல்லுகிறேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைக்கிறார்.
