இதற்காகக் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: அது நுரை ஒட்டிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறதும் நுரை நீங்காததுமாகிய கொப்பரை என்னப்பட்ட இரத்தஞ்சிந்திய நகரத்துக்கு ஐயோ! அதில் இருக்கிறதைக் கண்டங்கண்டமாக எடுத்துக்கொண்டுபோ; அதின்பேரில் சீட்டுப்போடலாகாது.
