எகிப்து தேசம் பாழும் வனாந்தரமுமாகும்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள் நதி என்னுடையது, நான் அதை உண்டாக்கினேன் என்று சொன்னானே.

எகிப்துதேசம் பாழும் வனாந்திரமுமாகும்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள்: நதி என்னுடையது, நான் அதை உண்டாக்கினேன் என்று சொன்னானே.

எகிப்து வெறுமையாகி அழியும். பிறகு நானே கர்த்தர் என்பதை அவர்கள் அறிவார்கள்.” தேவன் சொன்னார்: “ஏன் நான் இவற்றைச் செய்யப்போகிறேன்? நீ, ‘இது எனது நதி. நான் இந்த நதியை உண்டாக்கினேன்’ என்று கூறினாய்.

திருவிவிலியம்
எகிப்து நாடு, பாழடைந்த பாலைநிலமாகும். அப்போது ‘நானே ஆண்டவர்’ என்பதை அவர்கள் அறிந்து கொள்வர். ஏனெனில் நைல் என்னுடையது, நானே அதை உருவாக்கிக் கொண்டேன்’ என்று உரைத்தாய்.
