இஸ்ரவேல் விட்டாரோவெனில், உனக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கமாட்டார்கள்; எனக்கே செவிகொடுக்கமாட்டோம் என்கிறார்களே; இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தார் அனைவரும் கடினமான நெற்றியும் முரட்டாட்டமுள்ள இருதயமும் உள்ளவர்கள்

இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களோவெனில், உன்னுடைய பேச்சை கேட்கமாட்டார்கள்; என்னுடைய பேச்சையே கேட்கமாட்டோம் என்கிறார்களே; இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் அனைவரும் கடினமான நெற்றியும் முரட்டாட்டமுள்ள இருதயமும் உள்ளவர்கள்.

இல்லை! நான் உன்னை இஸ்ரவேல் குடும்பத்தாரிடம் அனுப்புகிறேன். இந்த ஜனங்கள் மட்டுமே கடினமான மனங்களை உடையவர்கள். அவர்கள் மிகவும் பிடிவாத முள்ளவர்கள். இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்கள் நீ சொல்வதை கவனிக்க மறுப்பார்கள். அவர்கள் என்னைக் கவனிக்க விரும்புவதில்லை.

ஆனால் இஸ்ரயேல் வீட்டார் நான் சொல்வதைக் கேட்க விரும்பாததால் அவர்கள் நீ சொல்வதைக் கேட்கவும் விரும்பமாட்டார்கள். அவர்கள் தலைக்கனமும் கல்நெஞ்சமும் கொண்டவர்கள்.
