நிர்விசாரமான எத்தியோப்பியரைத் தத்தளிக்கப்பண்ண அந்நாளிலே என் கட்டளையினால் தூதாட்கள் கப்பல்களிலே போவார்கள்; அப்பொழுது எகிப்தின் நாளிலே உண்டானதுபோல அவர்களுக்குள்ளே மகா வேதனை உண்டாயிருக்கும்; இதோ, அது வருகிறது.

இருமாப்புள்ள எத்தியோப்பியரைத் தத்தளிக்கச்செய்து அந்த நாளிலே என்னுடைய கட்டளையினால் தூதுவர்கள் கப்பல்களிலே போவார்கள்; அப்பொழுது எகிப்தின் நாளிலே உண்டானதுபோல அவர்களுக்குள்ளே மகா வேதனை உண்டாயிருக்கும்; இதோ, அது வருகிறது.

“‘அந்த நேரத்தில், நான் தூதுவர்களை அனுப்புவேன். அவர்கள் கெட்ட செய்தியோடு எத்தியோப்பியாவிற்குக் கப்பலில் போவார்கள். எத்தியோப்பியா இப்போது பாதுகாப்பை உணர்கிறது. எகிப்து தண்டிக்கப்படும்போது, எத்தியோப்பியர்கள் பயத்தினால் நடுங்குவார்கள்! அந்த நேரம் வருகிறது!’”

⁽அந்நாளில் கூசு மக்களின்␢ மனவுறுதியைக் குலைத்த நான்␢ கப்பலில் தூதரை அனுப்புவேன்;␢ எகிப்தின் அழிவு நாளில்␢ திகில் அவர்களை ஆட்கொள்ளும்;␢ ஏனெனில், அந்நாள் உண்மையிலேயே␢ வரப்போகின்றது.⁾
