ஆதலால், கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவராயிருக்கிற நான் என் கரத்தை உயர்த்துவேன், உங்களைச் சுற்றிலுமிருக்கிற புறஜாதிகள் தங்களுடைய அவமானத்தை நிச்சயமாய்ச் சுமப்பார்கள் என்று சொல்லுகிறேன்.
