அவர்களுடைய தலைகளில் சணல்நூல் குல்லாக்களையும், அவர்களுடைய இடைகளில் சணல்நூல் சல்லடங்களையும் தரிக்கவேண்டும்; வேர்வையுண்டாக்கத்தக்கதொன்றையும் அரையில் கட்டலாகாது.
