கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இஸ்ரவேலின் அதிபதிகளே, நீங்கள் செய்ததுபோதும்; நீங்கள் கொடுக்கையையும் கொள்ளையிடுதலையும் தவிர்த்து, நியாயத்தையும் நீதியையும் செய்யுங்கள்; உங்கள் உத்தண்டங்களை என் ஜனத்தைவிட்டு அகற்றுங்கள் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இஸ்ரவேலின் அதிபதிகளே, நீங்கள் செய்ததுபோதும்; நீங்கள் கொடுமையையும் கொள்ளையிடுதலையும் விட்டு, நியாயத்தையும் நீதியையும் செய்யுங்கள்; உங்களுடைய பலவந்தங்களை என்னுடைய மக்களை விட்டு அகற்றுங்கள் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

எனது கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இவற்றைக் கூறினார்: “போதும் இஸ்ரவேல் அதிபதிகளே! கொடூரமாக இருப்பதை நிறுத்துங்கள்! ஜனங்களிடம் கொள்ளையடிப்பதை நிறுத்துங்கள்! நேர்மையாக இருங்கள். நன்மையைச் செய்யுங்கள். என் ஜனங்களை வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியேறும்படி வற்புறுத்தாதீர்கள்!” எனது கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இவற்றைக் கூறினார்.

தலைவராகிய ஆண்டவர் கூறுவது இதுவே: இஸ்ரயேலின் தலைவர்களே! நீங்கள் வன்முறையையும் அடக்கு முறையையும் விட்டொழியுங்கள். நீதியையையும் நியாயத்தையும் கடைப்பிடியுங்கள். என் மக்கள் நில உரிமை இழக்கச் செய்வதை நிறுத்துங்கள், என்கிறார் தலைவராகிய ஆண்டவர்.
