ராஜா துக்கித்துக்கொண்டிருப்பான்; பிரபுவைத் திகில் மூடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும்; தேசத்து ஜனங்களின் கைகள் தளர்ந்துபோகும்; நான் அவர்களுக்குச் செய்து, அவர்கள் நியாயங்களின்படியே அவர்களை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பேன்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள் என்றார்.

ராஜா துக்கித்துக்கொண்டிருப்பான்; பிரபுவைப் பயம் மூடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும்; தேசத்து, மக்களின் கைகள் தளர்ந்துபோகும்; நான் அவர்கள் வழிகளின்படியே அவர்களுக்குச் செய்து, அவர்களுடைய நியாயங்களின்படியே அவர்களை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பேன்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள் என்றார்.

உங்கள் அரசன் மரித்துப்போன ஜனங்களுக்காக அழுதுகொண்டிருப்பான். தலைவர் துக்கத்திற்குரிய ஆடையை அணிந்திருப்பார்கள். பொது ஜனங்கள் மிகவும் பயந்து போயிருப்பார்கள். ஏனென்றால், நான் அவர்களுடைய தீயசெயல்களுக்கு ஏற்றவண்ணம் திருப்பிக்கொடுப்பேன். அவர்களுக்குரிய தண்டனையை நான் தீர்மானிப்பேன். நான் அவர்களைத் தண்டிப்பேன். பிறகு அந்த ஜனங்கள் நானே கர்த்தர் என்பதை அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள்.”
