அந்த ஜனங்களில மீதியாயிருக்கிறவன் எவ்விடத்தில் தங்கியிருக்கிறானோ, அவ்விடத்து ஜனங்கள் எருசலேமிலுள்ள தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்துக்கென்று அவனிடத்தில் உற்சாகமாய்க் காணிக்கை கொடுத்து அனுப்புகிறதுமன்றி, அவனுக்குப் பொன் வெள்ளி முதலிய திரவியங்களையும், மிருகஜீவன்களையும் கொடுத்து, உதவிசெய்யவேண்டும் என்று பெர்சியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய கோரேஸ் அறிவிக்கிறார் என்று தன் ராஜ்யமெங்கும் எழுதியனுப்பி விளம்பரம்பண்ணுவித்தான்.

அந்த மக்களில் மீதியாயிருக்கிறவன் எந்த இடத்தில் தங்கியிருக்கிறானோ, அந்த இடத்தின் மக்கள் எருசலேமிலுள்ள தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்துக்கென்று அவனிடத்தில் உற்சாகமாகக் காணிக்கை கொடுத்து அனுப்புகிறதுமல்லாமல், அவனுக்குப் பொன், வெள்ளி முதலிய பொருட்களையும், மிருகஜீவன்களையும் கொடுத்து உதவி செய்யவேண்டும் என்று பெர்சியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய கோரேஸ் அறிவிக்கிறார் என்று தன் தேசமெங்கும் எழுதியனுப்பி அறிவிப்பு செய்தான்.

பிழைத்திருக்கிற இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் எங்கெங்கு இருக்கிறார்களோ, அங்குள்ளவர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவு தரவேண்டும். அந்த ஜனங்களுக்கு வெள்ளி, பொன், பசுக்கள் மற்றும் மற்ற பொருட்களைக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும். எருசலேமில் உள்ள தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்திற்காக அன்பளிப்புகளை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுங்கள் என்பதாகும்.
