ஆனாலும் பாபிலோன் ராஜாவாகிய கோரேசின் முதலாம் வருஷத்திலே, கோரேஸ் ராஜாவானவர் தேவனுடைய இந்த ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டும்படி கட்டளையிட்டார்.
