தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தின் பிரதிஷ்டைக்காக நூறு காளைகளையும், இருநூறு ஆட்டுக்கடாக்களையும், நானூறு ஆட்டுக்குட்டிளையும், இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்களுடைய இலக்கத்தின்படியே, இஸ்ரவேல் அனைத்தின் பாவநிவாரணபலிக்காகப் பன்னிரண்டு வெள்ளாட்டுக்கடாக்களையும் பலியிட்டு,

இவ்வாறு தான் அவர்கள் தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தை பிரதிஷ்டை செய்தது: அவர்கள் 100 காளைகள், 200 செம் மறியாட்டுக் கடாக்கள் மற்றும் 400 ஆண் ஆட்டுக் குட்டிகள் ஆகியவற்றைப் பலி கொடுத்தனர். அவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேலர்களின் பாவப்பரிகார பலியாக 12 வெள்ளாட்டுக்கடாக்களைப் பலி கொடுத்தனர். அந்த 12 வெள்ளாடுகள் இஸ்ரவேலின் பன்னிரண்டு கோத்திரத்திற்கும் ஒன்று வீதம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டவை.
