தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தை யூதரின் மூப்பர் கட்டும் விஷயத்தில் நீங்கள் அவர்களுக்குச் செய்யத்தக்கதாய், நம்மால் உண்டான கட்டளை என்னவென்றால், அந்த மனிதருக்குத் தடை உண்டாகாதபடிக்கு, நதிக்கு அப்புறத்தில் வாங்கப்படும் பகுதியாகிய ராஜாவின் திரவியத்திலே அவர்களுக்குத் தாமதமில்லாமல் செல்லும் செலவு கொடுக்கவேண்டும்.

இப்போது இந்த கட்டளையை இடுகிறேன். யூதத் தலைவர்கள் ஆலயத்தைக் கட்ட நீங்கள் கீழ்க்கண்டச் செயல்களைச் செய்ய வேண்டும்: ஆலயம் கட்டுவதற்கான முழு பணத்தையும் நீங்கள் அரசனின் கருவூலத்தில் இருந்து தர வேண்டும். இப்பணம் ஐபிராத்து ஆற்றுக்கு மேற்குப் பகுதியில் உள்ள ஜனங்களிடமிருந்து வசூலிக்கப்பட்ட வரிப்பணமாகும். இதனை விரைவாகச் செய்யுங்கள். அதனால் வேலை தடைப்படாமல் இருக்கும்.
