இந்த வர்த்தமானங்களுக்குப்பின்பு, செராயாவின் குமாரனாகிய எஸ்றா, பெர்சியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய அர்தசஷ்டா அரசாளுகிற காலத்திலே பாபிலோனிலிருந்து வந்தான்; இந்தச் செராயா அசரியாவின் குமாரன், இவன் இல்க்கியாவின் குமாரன்.
