அதுவுமல்லாமல், விருத்தசேதனமுள்ளவர்களுக்கு அப்போஸ்தலனாயிருக்கும்படி பேதுருவைப் பலப்படுத்தினவர் புறஜாதிகளுக்கு அப்போஸ்தலனாயிருக்கும்படி என்னையும் பலப்படுத்தினபடியால்,

அதற்கு மாறாக அத்தலைவர்கள் பேதுருவைப் போன்றே எனக்கும் தேவன் சிறப்புப் பணிகளைக் கொடுத்திருப்பதாக உணர்ந்தனர். தேவன் பேதுருவிடம், யூதர்களுக்கு நற்செய்தியைப் பிரசங்கிக்கும்படி ஆணையிட்டிருந்தார். ஆனால் எனக்கோ, யூதர் அல்லாதவர்களுக்குப் போதிக்கும்படி தேவன் ஆணையிட்டிருந்தார்.
