நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் கிரியைக்காரராகிய யாவரும் சாபத்திற்குட்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்; நியாயப்பிரமாண புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதப்பட்டவைகளையெல்லாம் செய்யத்தக்கதாக அவைகளில் நிலைத்திராதவன் எவனோ அவன் சபிக்கப்பட்டவன் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறதே.

நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் செய்கைக்காரர்களாகிய எல்லோரும் சாபத்திற்கு உட்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்; ஏனென்றால் நியாயப்பிரமாணப் புத்தகத்தில் எழுதப்பட்டவைகள்‌ எல்லாவற்றையும் தொடர்ந்து செய்யாதவன்‌ எவனோ அவன் சபிக்கப்பட்டவன் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறதே.

ஆனால் சட்டத்தின்படி வாழ்பவர்கள் எவரும் சாபத்துக்குள்ளாவார்கள். ஏனென்றால் “ஒருவன் சட்டங்களைத் தன் வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டும். இல்லாவிட்டால் அவன் சபிக்கப்படுவான்” என்று சட்டங்களின் நூலில் எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளது.

திருச்சட்டம் சார்ந்த செயல்களையே நம்பியிருப்பவர்கள் சாபத்துக்கு ஆளானவர்கள்; ஏனெனில், ⁽“திருச்சட்டத்தின் வார்த்தைகளை␢ எல்லாம் கடைப்பிடித்து நடவாதோர்␢ சபிக்கப்படட்டும்!”⁾ என்று எழுதியுள்ளது.⒫
