அவன் கெதர்லாகோமேரையும் அவனோடிருந்த ராஜாக்களையும் முறியடித்துத் திரும்பிவருகிறபோது, சோதோமின் ராஜா புறப்பட்டு, ராஜாவின் பள்ளத்தாக்கு என்னும் சாவே பள்ளத்தாக்குமட்டும் அவனுக்கு எதிர் கொண்டுபோனான்.

அவன் கெதர்லாகோமேரையும், அவனோடிருந்த ராஜாக்களையும் தோற்கடித்துத் திரும்பிவருகிறபோது, சோதோமின் ராஜா புறப்பட்டு, ராஜாவின் பள்ளத்தாக்கு என்னும் சாவே பள்ளத்தாக்குவரை அவனுக்கு எதிர்கொண்டுபோனான்.

பிறகு ஆபிராம் கெதர்லாகோமரையும் அவனோடிருந்த அரசர்களையும் தோற்கடித்து விட்டு தன் நாட்டுக்குத் திரும்பினான். சோதோமின் அரசன் புறப்பட்டு சாவே பள்ளத்தாக்குக்கு வந்து ஆபிராமை வரவேற்றான். (இப்போது இப்பள்ளத்தாக்கு அரசனின் பள்ளத்தாக்கு என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.)

ஆபிராம் கெதர்லகோமரையும் அவனுடன் இருந்த அரசர்களையும் முறியடித்துத் திரும்பியபொழுது ‘அரசர் பள்ளத்தாக்கு’ என்ற சாவே பள்ளத்தாக்கில் அவரைச் சந்திக்கச் சோதோம் அரசன் வந்தான்.
