ஆபிரகாம் தகனபலிக்குக் கட்டைகளை எடுத்து, தன் குமாரனாகிய ஈசாக்கின்மேல் வைத்து, தன் கையிலே நெருப்பையும் கத்தியையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டான்; இருவரும் கூடிப்போனார்கள்.

ஆபிரகாம் தகனபலிக்கு விறகுகளை எடுத்து, தன் மகனாகிய ஈசாக்கின்மேல் வைத்து, தன் கையிலே நெருப்பையும் கத்தியையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டான்; அவர்கள் இருவரும் சேர்ந்துபோனார்கள்.

பலிக்கான விறகுகளை எடுத்து மகனின் தோள் மீது வைத்தான். ஆபிரகாம் கத்தியையும், நெருப்பையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, அவனும் அவனது மகனும் சேர்ந்து போனார்கள்.

பின் ஆபிரகாம் எரி பலிக்கு வேண்டிய விறகுக் கட்டைகளை எடுத்துத் தம் மகன் ஈசாக்கின் மீது வைத்தார். நெருப்பையும் கத்தியையும் தம் கையில் எடுத்துக் கொண்டார். இவ்வாறு, இருவரும் சேர்ந்து சென்றனர்.
