அவனை மேற்கொள்ளாததைக் கண்டு, அவனுடைய தொடைச்சந்தைத் தொட்டார்; அதினால் அவருடனே போராடுகையில் யாக்கோபின் தொடைச்சந்து சுளுக்கிற்று.

அவனை மேற்கொள்ள முடியாததைக்கண்டு, அவனுடைய தொடைச்சந்தைத் தொட்டார்; அதனால் அவருடன் போராடும்போது யாக்கோபின் தொடைச்சந்து சுளுக்கிற்று.

அந்த மனிதரை யாக்கோபு விடுவதாயில்லை. எனவே, அவர் யாக்கோபின் தொடையைத் தொட்டார். அப்போது யாக்கோபின் கால் சுளுக்கிக்கொண்டது.
