அப்பொழுது யோசேப்பு தன் அருகே நின்ற எல்லாருக்கும் முன்பாகத் தன்னை அடக்கிக்கொண்டிருக்கக் கூடாமல்: யாவரையும் என்னைவிட்டு வெளியே போகப்பண்ணுங்கள் என்று கட்டளையிட்டான். யோசேப்பு தன் சகோதரருக்குத் தன்னை வெளிப்படுத்துகையில், ஒருவரும் அவன் அருகில் நிற்கவில்லை.

யோசேப்பு அதிக நேரம் தன்னைக் கட்டுப்படுத்திக்கொள்ள முடியவில்லை. அங்கிருந்தவர்களின் முன்னால் அவன் உள்ளம் உடைந்து கண்ணீர் சிந்தினான். யோசேப்பு “எல்லோரையும் வெளியே போகச்சொல்” என்று கட்டளையிட்டான். அனைவரும் வெளியேறினர். அச்சகோதரர்கள் மட்டுமே அங்கிருந்தார்கள். பிறகு அவன் தன்னை யாரென்று சொன்னான்.

அப்பொழுது யோசேப்பு தம் பணியாளர் அனைவர் முன்னிலையிலும் இதற்குமேல் தம்மை அடக்கிக் கொள்ள முடியாமல், “எல்லோரும் என்னைவிட்டு வெளியே போங்கள்” என்று உரத்த குரலில் சொன்னார். யோசேப்பு தம் சகோதரருக்குத் தம்மைத் தெரியப்படுத்தும் பொழுது வேற்று மனிதர் எவரும் அவரோடு இல்லை.
