எபிரெயர் 2:4
அடையாளங்களினாலும் அற்புதங்களினாலும் பலவிதமான பலத்த செய்கைகளினாலும், தம்முடைய சித்தத்தின்படி பகிர்ந்து பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் வரங்களிலும், தேவன் தாமே சாட்சிகொடுத்ததுமாயிருக்கிற இவ்வளவு பெரிதான இரட்சிப்பைக்குறித்து நாம் கவலையற்றிருப்போமானால் தண்டனைக்கு எப்படித் தப்பித்துக்கொள்ளுவோம்.

அற்புதங்களினாலும், அதிசயங்களினாலும் பலவிதமான பலத்த செய்கைகளினாலும், தம்முடைய விருப்பத்தின்படி பகிர்ந்துகொடுத்த பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் வரங்களினாலும், தேவன்தாமே சாட்சி கொடுத்ததுமாக இருக்கிற இவ்வளவு பெரிதான இரட்சிப்பைக்குறித்து நாம் கவலை இல்லாமல் இருப்போம் என்றால் தண்டனைக்கு எப்படித் தப்பித்துக்கொள்ளுவோம்.

அதிசயங்கள், பெரிய அடையாளங்கள், பலவகையான அற்புதங்கள் மூலம் தேவனும் கூட அதை நிரூபித்துள்ளார். பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரிடமிருந்து மக்களுக்கு வரங்களைக் கொடுப்பதன் மூலமும் நிரூபித்துள்ளார். அவர் விரும்பிய விதத்திலேயே அந்த வரங்களை அவர் கொடுத்தார்.

கடவுளும் அடையாளங்கள், அருஞ்செயல்கள், பல்வேறு வல்ல செயல்கள் மூலமாகவும், தம் திருவுளப்படி தூய ஆவியின் கொடைகளைப் பகிர்ந்தளித்ததன் மூலமாகவும் இதற்குச் சான்று பகர்ந்துள்ளார்.
