ஆதலால் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைக்கிறதாவது: இதோ, அஸ்திபாரமாக ஒரு கல்லை நான் சீயோனிலே வைக்கிறேன்; அது பரீட்சிக்கப்பட்டதும், விலையேறப்பெற்றதும், திட அஸ்திபாரமுள்ளதுமான மூலைக்கல்லாயிருக்கும் விசுவாசிக்கிறவன் பதறான்.

ஆதலால், எனது கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் கூறுகிறார், “நான் சீயோனில் அஸ்திபாரமாக ஒரு கல்லை வைப்பேன். இது ஒரு விலை உயர்ந்த கல்லாக இருக்கும். மிக முக்கியமான கல்லின் மேலேயே எல்லாம் கட்டப்படும். அக்கல்லின்மேல் நம்பிக்கை வைக்கிற எவனும் ஏமாந்து போகமாட்டான்.

⁽ஆதலால், ஆண்டவராகிய␢ என் தலைவர் கூறுவது இதுவே;␢ இதோ! சீயோனில் நான்␢ ஓர் அடிக்கல் நாட்டுகின்றேன்;␢ அது பரிசோதிக்கப்பட்ட கல்;␢ விலையுயர்ந்த மூலைக்கல்;␢ உறுதியான அடித்தளமாய் அமையும் கல்;␢ “நம்பிக்கை கொண்டோன்␢ பதற்றமடையான்.”⁾
