இந்த ஜனமோ கொள்ளையிடப்பட்டும், சூறையாடப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறார்கள்; அவர்கள் அனைவரும் கெபிகளிலே அகப்பட்டு, காவலறைகளிலே அடைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள், தப்புவிப்பார் இல்லாமல் கொள்ளையாகி, விட்டுவிடு என்பார் இல்லாமல் சூறையாவார்கள்.

இந்த மக்களோ கொள்ளையிடப்பட்டும், சூறையாடப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறார்கள்; அவர்கள் அனைவரும் கெபிகளிலே அகப்பட்டு, காவலறைகளிலே அடைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்; தப்புவிப்பார் இல்லாமல் கொள்ளையாகி, விட்டுவிடு என்பார் இல்லாமல் சூறையாவார்கள்.

ஆனால் ஜனங்களைப் பாருங்கள். மற்ற ஜனங்கள் அவர்களைத் தோற்கடித்திருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்களிடமிருந்து பொருட்களைத் திருடியிருக்கிறார்கள். இளைஞர்களெல்லாம் பயப்படுகிறார்கள். அவர்கள் சிறைகளுக்குள் அடைப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். ஜனங்கள் அவர்களிடமிருந்து பணத்தை எடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்களைக் காப்பாற்ற அங்கே எவருமில்லை. மற்ற ஜனங்கள் அவர்களின் பணத்தை எடுத்தார்கள். “அதனைத் திருப்பிக் கொடு” என்று சொல்ல அங்கே எவருமில்லை.

⁽ஆனால் இந்த மக்களினம்␢ கொள்ளையடிக்கப்பட்டுச்␢ சூறையாடப்பட்டது;␢ அவர்கள் அனைவரும்␢ குழிகளில் சிக்கினர்;␢ சிறைச்சாலைகளில் அடைக்கப்பட்டனர்;␢ விடுவிப்பார் எவருமிலர்;␢ கவர்ந்து செல்லப்பட்டனர்;␢ கொள்ளைப் பொருளாயினர்;␢ ‘திருப்பி அனுப்பு’ என்று சொல்வாரில்லை.⁾
