சுயாதீனப்பிரமாணமாகிய பூரணப்பிரமாணத்தை உற்றுப்பார்த்து, அதிலே நிலைத்திருக்கிறவனே கேட்கிறதை மறக்கிறவனாயிராமல், அதற்கேற்ற கிரியை செய்கிறவனாயிருந்து, தன் செய்கையில் பாக்கியவானாயிருப்பான்.

ஆனால், சுதந்திரம் கொடுக்கிற பூரணப்பிரமாணத்தை உற்றுப்பார்த்து, அதிலே நிலைத்திருக்கிறவன் கேட்கிறதை மறக்கிறவனாக இல்லாமல், அதைச் செய்கிறவனாக இருப்பதினால் அவன் பாக்கியவானாக இருப்பான்.

முழுமையான தேவனுடைய சட்டத்தை ஆழமாக ஆராய்ந்து, கேட்டு மறந்துவிடுகிறவனாக இல்லாமல் தொடர்ந்து அதைப் படித்து அதன்படி நடக்கிறவன் தான் செய்வதில் உண்மையில் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவனாக இருக்கிறான். தேவனுடைய சட்டம் மக்களை விடுதலையடையச் செய்கிறது.

ஆனால், நிறைவான விடுதலையளிக்கக் கூடிய சட்டத்தைக் கூர்ந்து கவனித்து அதைத் தொடர்ந்து கற்போர் தாம் கேட்பதை மறந்துவிடுவதில்லை; அவர்கள் அதற்கேற்ற செயல்களைச் செய்வார்கள்; தம் செயல்களால் பேறு பெற்றவர் ஆவார்கள்.⒫
