எசேக்கியாவின் குமாரனும், யூதாவின் ராஜாவுமாகிய மனாசே எருசலேமில் செய்தவைகளினிமித்தம் அவர்களைப் பூமியிலுள்ள எல்லார ராஜ்யங்களிலும் அலையப்பண்ணுவேன்.

எசேக்கியாவின் மகனும், யூதாவின் ராஜாவுமாகிய மனாசே எருசலேமில் செய்தவைகளினிமித்தம் அவர்களைப் பூமியிலுள்ள எல்லா ராஜ்யங்களிலும் அலையச்செய்வேன்.

நான் யூதாவின் ஜனங்களை பூமியிலுள்ள அனைத்து ஜனங்களுக்கும் ஒரு பயங்கரமான செயலுக்கான உதாரணமாகச் செய்வேன். நான் இதனை யூதா ஜனங்களுக்காகச் செய்வேன். ஏனென்றால், மனாசே எருசலேமில் செய்ததுதான். மனாசே எசேக்கியா அரசனின் மகன். மனாசே யூதாவின் அரசன்.”

திருவிவிலியம்
அவர்களைக் கண்டு உலகின் அரசுகள் யாவும் திகில் அடையும். எசேக்கியா மகனும் யூதா அரசனுமான மனாசே எருசலேமில் செய்தவையே அதற்குக் காரணம்.
