இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை வடதேசத்திலும் தாம் அவர்களைத் துரத்திவிட்ட எல்லா தேசங்களிலுமிருந்து வரப்பண்ணின கர்த்தருடைய ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு சத்தியம்பண்ணுவார்கள்; நான் அவர்கள் பிதாக்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த அவர்களுடைய தேசத்துக்கு அவர்களைத் திரும்பிவரப்பண்ணுவேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

ஜனங்கள் புதியவற்றைச் சொல்வார்கள். அவர்கள், ‘கர்த்தர் உயிரோடு இருப்பது எவ்வளவு உறுதியோ அவ்வளவு அவர் ஒருவரே வட நாடுகளுக்கு வெளியே இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களை அழைத்து வந்தார். அவர்களை அவர் அனுப்பியிருந்த அனைத்து நாடுகளிலிருந்தும் வெளியே அழைத்து வந்தார்’ என்றனர். ஏன் ஜனங்கள் இவற்றைச் சொல்வார்கள்? ஏனென்றால், நான் இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களை அவர்களது முற்பிதாக்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த நாட்டிற்குத் திரும்ப அழைத்து வருவேன்.

மாறாக, ‘வடக்கு நாட்டிலிருந்தும், அவர்கள் விரட்டப்பட்டிருந்த அனைத்து நாடுகளிலிருந்தும் இஸ்ரயேல் மக்களை அழைத்து வந்த வாழும் ஆண்டவர் மேல் ஆணை’ என்று கூறுவார்கள். ஏனெனில் நான் அவர்களின் மூதாதையருக்குக் கொடுத்திருந்த நாட்டிற்கே அவர்களை மீண்டும் அழைத்து வருவேன்.
