இத்தலைமுறையில் உள்ளவர்களே, கர்த்தருடைய செய்தியில் கவனம் செலுத்துங்கள்! “இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களுக்கு நான் வனாந்தரத்தைப்போல் இருந்திருக்கிறேனா? நான் அவர்களுக்கு இருண்டதும் பயங்கரமானதுமான நிலமாக இருந்திருக்கிறேனா? ஏன் என் ஜனங்கள், ‘நாங்கள் எங்கள் வழியில் போக சுதந்தரம் உள்ளவர்கள். கர்த்தாவே, நாங்கள் உம்மிடம் வரமாட்டோம்!’ என்றனர். ஏன் அவற்றை அவர்கள் சொன்னார்கள்?
