தாவீதின் குடும்பத்தாரே, உங்கள் செய்கைகளுடைய பொல்லாப்பினிமித்தம் என் உக்கிரம் அக்கினியைப்போல் புறப்பட்டு, அவிக்கிறவன் இல்லாமல் எரியாதபடிக்கு, நீங்கள் ஏற்கனவே நியாயங்கேட்டு, பறிகொடுத்தவனை ஒடுக்குகிறவனுடைய கைக்குத் தப்புவியுங்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

தாவீதின் குடும்பத்தாரே, உங்கள் செய்கைகளுடைய பொல்லாப்பினால் என் கடுங்கோபம் நெருப்பைப்போல புறப்பட்டு, அணைக்கிறவன் இல்லாமல் எரியாதபடிக்கு, நீங்கள் ஏற்கனவே நியாயங்கேட்டு, பறிகொடுத்தவனை ஒடுக்குகிறவனுடைய கையிலிருந்து காப்பாற்றுங்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

தாவீதின் குடும்பத்தினரே, கர்த்தர் இவற்றைக் கூறுகிறார்: “‘ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நீங்கள் சரியாக ஜனங்களை நியாயம் தீர்க்கவேண்டும். இரக்கமற்ற ஒடுக்குபவர்களிடமிருந்து ஒடுக்கப்படுபவர்களைக் காப்பாற்றுங்கள். நீங்கள் இதனைச் செய்யாவிட்டால் நான் பிறகு கோபம்கொள்வேன். எனது கோபம் நெருப்பைப் போன்றது எவரும் அதனை அணைக்கமுடியாது. இது நிகழும் ஏனென்றால், நீங்கள் தீயவற்றைச் செய்திருக்கிறீர்கள்.’
