இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உரைக்கிறது என்னவென்றால், இதோ, உங்களை அலங்கத்துக்கு வெளியே முற்றிக்கைபோட்ட பாபிலோன் ராஜாவோடும் கல்தேயரோடும், நீங்கள் யுத்தம்பண்ணும்படி உங்கள் கைகளில் பிடித்திருக்கிற யுத்த ஆயுதங்களை நான் திருப்பிவிட்டு, அவர்களை இந்த நகரத்தின் நடுவிலே சேர்த்து,
