அல்லது அவர்கள் தீர்க்கதரிசிகளாயிருந்து, அவர்களிடத்திலே கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை இருந்தால், கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திலும், யூதா ராஜாவின் அரமனையிலும், எருசலேமிலும் மீதியான பணிமுட்டுகள் பாபிலோனுக்குப் போகாதபடிக்கு அவர்கள் சேனைகளின் கர்த்தரை நோக்கி மன்றாடட்டுமே.

அம்மனிதர்கள் தீர்க்கதரிசிகளாக இருந்தால், கர்த்தரிடமிருந்து வார்த்தையைப் பெற்றிருந்தால், அவர்களை ஜெபிக்க விடுங்கள். கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தில் இருக்கும் பொருட்களுக்காக அவர்களை ஜெபிக்கவிடுங்கள். அரசனது அரண்மனையில் இன்னும் இருக்கும் பொருட்களுக்காக அவர்களை ஜெபிக்க விடுங்கள். எருசலேமில் இன்னும் இருக்கின்ற பொருட்களுக்காக அவர்களை ஜெபிக்கவிடுங்கள். இவ்வனைத்து பொருட்களும் பாபிலோனுக்கு எடுத்துச் சொல்லாமல் இருக்கும்படி அத்தீர்க்கதரிசிகளை ஜெபிக்கவிடுங்கள்.

அவர்கள் உண்மையாகவே இறைவாக்கினர்களாய் இருந்தால், ஆண்டவரின் வாக்கும் அவர்களோடு இருந்தால், ஆண்டவரின் இல்லத்திலும் யூதாவின் அரசனது அரண்மனையிலும் எருசலேமிலும் மீந்திருக்கும் கலங்களாவது பாபிலோனுக்குப் போகாதவாறு இப்பொழுதே அவர்கள் படைகளின் ஆண்டவரிடம் பரிந்து பேசட்டும்.”⒫
